Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, installed, damaged due to improper handling, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return. Customized or special-order products may also be non-returnable.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed if approved. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within the applicable time frame. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
